Slow, heavily swung and filtered. The lazy feel comes from swing, not from playing off the grid.

808 bass & chords
Gm7 → C7 → Fmaj7 → Dm7
The 808 follows the chord root in each bar; set a step's offset to walk the bassline. Pads hold until the next chord hit. Stabs are short.
Click a step once for a hit, twice for an accent, three times to clear. Space plays/stops, T taps tempo, R makes a random beat.

Questions
How do you make lo-fi drums?
Use a slow tempo, heavy swing, soft hats and filter off the high frequencies. Many producers also lower drum volume under the chords so they sit back in the mix.
